Bossier City, La. — In a nail-biting showdown, Bossier Parish Community College edged out Navarro College 63-62 on Saturday afternoon, holding off the Bulldogs in the final seconds of a hard-fought conference matchup at home. BPCC carried a 29-26 lead into halftime before Navarro surged in the second half, trading momentum with the Cavaliers throughout the final minutes. With the game on the line, BPCC’s defense held firm in the closing moments, protecting a one-point margin as time expired and securing a significant home win over one of the region’s toughest opponents.

“This was a battle from start to finish, and our guys refused to quit,” Moore said. “Navarro is a tough, well-coached team, and they pushed us in every phase of the game. Our guys never backed down and refused to let up. They just kept fighting and earned this win. This was a big conference win at home.”
